• For bedtime, disposable bed underpads are recommended to protect bedding, furniture, and the floor from any unwanted spills or leaks. They contain adhesive strips which securely attach onto bed sheets.
• Exercise helps strengthen the pelvic floor allowing for stronger muscles to prevent unwanted leakage. Kegel exercises are recommended to help better hold urine.
